Scottish fuel costs package
THE Scottish fisheries minister, Richard Lochhead, announced a £29m
three-year aid package for the Scottish fleet to tackle rising fuel costs.
But he was “disappointed” at the continued lack of financial support for
fishermen from the UK government.
